If you’re a user of Samsung’s Good Lock app, then we have some good news for you. It is getting a quality-of-life update that should take the hassle out of updating.
For those who like to customize their Samsung phone, the Good Lock app is a must. From changing your Home screen to picking your clock face, this suite of modules enables users to redesign the look and feel of their handset how they see fit. Although it’s a popular piece of software, it’s not perfect.
One of the few knocks against it is having to keep all the modules updated and the app’s failure to notify users when there’s an update available. But it looks like the latest version of the app will fix that problem.
In the new update, you’ll find that the app has added a new “update all plugins” button that will install all available module updates. Tapping this button will pull up the Good Lock page of the Galaxy Store, show you all available updates, and install them for you. This beats the old method the app used, which used a blue badge next to the plugin’s name to notify you if an update is available.
While it may only be a small change, it’s a change that we’re happy to see. You can find and download the latest version of Good Lock through the Galaxy Store or APK Mirror.
